Part-Time Sales Progressor (Remote)

- Part-time: Monday to Wednesday, 9am–5pm
- Flexibility required: Around 12 weeks a year covering holidays (full-time Mon–Fri)
- Fully remote—so yes, you can skip the commute, but you’ll need a proper workspace
- Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
- 20 days holiday (pro rata) + bank holidays + time in lieu for extra cover

The Role (what you’ll actually be doing)
You’ll be the steady pair of hands guiding property sales from reservation through to completion.
- Being the main point of contact for buyers throughout the process
- Chasing chains, solicitors and agents (without losing your sanity… or your sense of humour)
- Keeping everything on track, on time, and compliant
- Spotting problems early and sorting them before they become disasters
- Keeping detailed case notes (because if it’s not written down… it didn’t happen)
- Joining regular check-ins with housebuilder clients
- Producing weekly progress updates and forecasts
- In short: you make things happen.
What you’ll need (non-negotiables)
- Experience in sales progression within property
- A good understanding of conveyancing and the sales process
- Confidence dealing with buyers, solicitors, agents and developers
- The ability to juggle multiple cases without dropping the ball
- Strong communication skills (clear, calm, and no waffle)
- Comfort working remotely with your own setup
